Classic Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Tahini
  • Pinch of paprika for garnish
Instructions
  1. Drain the garbanzo beans, saving the liquid.
  2. In a food processor, add the garbanzo beans, lemon, Tahini, and 2 tablespoons of the liquid.
  3. Process until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary.
  4. Garnish with paprika.
