Classic Hummus
- 1 can of garbanzo beans
- ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon Tahini
- Pinch of paprika for garnish
- Drain the garbanzo beans, saving the liquid.
- In a food processor, add the garbanzo beans, lemon, Tahini, and 2 tablespoons of the liquid.
- Process until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary.
- Garnish with paprika.
